New York City has it all! From Historic landmarks to gigantic theaters to hundreds of museums, the city offers a lot of attractive places to visit.
So it is hard to figure out from where to start. Times square, Empire state building, Central park, Wall Street, Statue of Liberty tour, Rockefeller center, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art are some of the attractions of the city.

There are several places to go for an excursion in this lively city of New York. First, there is Statue of liberty which is one of the most popular tourist attractions in New York City. Although access to the statue's crown is no longer available, Lady Liberty still gets appreciated by millions of visitors every year.

Another place to go for an excursion is Rockefeller Center which is quite famous for its New Year and Christmas celebrations throughout the United States and so it draws million of tourists every year for the same. In addition, there's no more romantic place to skate than in the Center's park

The Metropolitan Museum of Art that shows all from 20th century portraits, sculptures to the steel mastery of Frank Stella, the Met possesses exclusive collection of fine art in the world. The museum is so big and comprehensive, that you can spend almost an entire day over here.

There is Madame Tussauds Wax Museum where you can have a picture taken with Britney Spears, George Bush, Aishwarya Rai or Amitabh Bachchan for that matter. This world-famous wax museum is one of the most visited spots in New York and you shouldn't miss the opportunity to have a look at these replicas.

Whereas the heartbeat of the New York, the Times Square is a ‘must go’ place. It reveals the excitement, the glamour and the liveliness of the city. It doesn't have to be New Year’s Eve to enjoy Times Square in New York City. It is one of the best places to begin sampling true New York night life.

While a Stroll through the Central Park will prove to be high on entertainment. Since
there are plenty of recreational activities and there's always something special going on in the park, like the Central Park Film Festival. The best part about Central Park is that it’s free.
